Our Warranty Coverage

We offer two types of warranties: the

Workmanship Warranty and the Manufacturer's Warranty

Workmanship Warranty

Our Workmanship Warranty covers any defects or issues related to the installation of your roof. If there are any problems caused by our installation process, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.

Coverage Period: 10 years from the date of installation.

What’s Covered: Labor, installation-related issues, and any errors made during the roofing process.

What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by external factors such as severe weather, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The materials we use are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer of the roofing products. This warranty covers any defects in the roofing materials themselves.

Coverage Period: Ranges from 20 to 50 years depending on the product.

What’s Covered: Defective materials, such as shingles, underlayment, or other roofing components.

What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by improper installation, weather events, or lack of maintenance.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Exclusions and Limitations

While our warranties provide extensive coverage, there are some situations that are not covered, including but not limited to:

Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., hailstorms, tornadoes, or hurricanes).

Neglect or failure to properly maintain the roof (e.g., clogged gutters, excessive debris).

Unauthorized repairs or modifications made by another contractor. Normal wear and tear over time.
